Guardian and Conservatorship

If you are ever in a position where you are not able to make decisions for yourself due to a disability, injury, or death, your guardian is the person who will make decisions on your behalf regarding non-monetary business. Your appointed guardian will make decisions regarding health care for yourself and your family if necessary. A conservator is a person who will make decisions regarding your finances and business ventures in the event you are unable to do so.
